    • Solid understanding in Service-Oriented Architecture and its related technologies like BPEL, Web Services, WSDL, SOAP, XML, XSD, XSLT and Web Service Security.
    • Expert and proven experience with working with Oracle SOA Composite and component like BEPL process, Mediator, Business Rules, Human Workflow and Oracle BPM.
    • Experience working with SOA suite technology adapter for integrating with external systems i.e. Database, JMS, FTP/File system, web services and Oracle applications.
    • Experience in the design, development of robust and fault –tolerant Oracle Fusion Middleware component in BPM, BPEL using best practices.
    • Experience designing and developing business process flow and workflow on Oracle BPM 11g suite or higher.
    • Experience building custom BPM task list and integration of BPM process with Webcenter content and Portal.
    • Must have experience developing application using security design principles.
    • Must have experience with Database modeling and design.
    • Must have experience with performance tuning of system and application.
    • Must have experience with WebLogic 11g or higher.
    • Must have experience and understanding of build and deployment process of Enterprise application.
    • Oracle 11g /Application Server / Fusion Middleware XMLWeb Services and Operating Systems (Linux and Windows).

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in Rockville, Maryland! 
    The Project Manager will work within the Partner Services Team of Dovel Technologies, a company that supports Federal Grants Management solutions to more than 18 Federal agencies through the Grants Center of Excellence (www.GrantSolutions.gov).

    This position is to provide leadership in rolling out a new set of software services and promoting them to an expanding federal customer base. The role includes project management for all activities related to the delivery of partner services through a web-based application product line.  It begins as new features are envisioned and evaluated in terms of business objectives.  The responsibilities include IT project management to oversee planning activities including the coordination of requirements and development, advocate for project needs, communicate risks, and manage customer expectations. As features are deployed, the Project Manager actively promotes new services, ensuring the availability of training and support resources.  Above all this is an end-user focused position, with success defined by end-user satisfaction.

    Required Skills:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Scientific Workstation Support Lead to join our team in College Park, Maryland

    We are seeking a Scientific Support Lead Engineer for one of our programs supporting the FDA.  This candidate will be required to lead a team of engineers that support Windows and Mac OS X workstations in the FDA scientific laboratory and office environment. The ideal candidate shall have expertise in setup, configuration and administration of Windows and OS X Scientific Workstations and integrating them with Active Directory/etc. Independent, motivated individuals with good oral and written communication skills for documenting process and procedures, previous team lead experience with delegating tasks, and briefing reports are required. The candidate must be skilled in the setup, configuration and management of scientific workstations including network adapters and network routers.
     
    Primary Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
    • Daily monitoring of service request and assignments of tasks
    • Responsible for daily reporting of project statuses to Engineering Manager
    • Perform software application maintenance on scientific workstations running a variety of operating systems including Mac OS X, Windows (some Linux).
    • Perform routine and preventative maintenance such as general computer tasks, application loads, disk utilization, system loading and system monitoring, applying operating system patches, Antivirus updates
    • Detect, isolate, document, rapidly report, and resolve system outages or problems encountered during operations of the scientific workstations, which includes the collections of diagnostic data, restoring the system operation, development of workarounds, and other activities necessary for recovery of a system
    • Accurately document problems in logging and discrepancy reporting tools
    • Work directly with the customer in most aspects of the day-to-day activities
    • Respond to user calls regarding hardware and software problems, correcting or ensuring that problems are escalated when required. Communicate with users and senior management the status of key problem statuses
    • Perform hands-on repair of equipment and maintenance/installation of computing infrastructure
    • Maintain and troubleshoot all hardware associated with end-user computing, including printers, workstations, router switches, etc.
    • Perform daily network maintenance including network backups and monitoring
    • Implement continuous improvement methodology through the use of IT systems or procedure
    • Maintain inventory of system assets
    • Ensure compliance with FDA standards and security policies
    • Additional responsibilities will include: End user documentation and training, computer moves and deployments, and additional duties as assigned.

    We are seeking a Sr. Network/Infrastructure Engineer at the FDA facility in Bethesda, MD.  This position will support the FDA scientific community in a number of different areas, all pertaining to IT, Science and research.  This initiative supports the FDA in enhancing their Cloud and HPC environment, performing Bioinformatics, Data Analytics, as well as overall infrastructure support to the scientist and employees throughout the FDA centers.

    Position Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Senior Linux Systems Engineer for the FDA Scientific Computing program in North Bethesda, MD.  This will be supporting the FDA and their scientists in the Scientific Computing division which includes but is not limited to; technical and research aspects (e.g., hardware, software, desktop support, infrastructure, virtualization all in a laboratory environment) supporting a variety of FDA Centers.
